The Lennoxhaus is a stunning beach home, located in the heart of the village, opposite Seven Mile Beach.
Kick back and relax in this brand new home on the beachfront at Lennox Head, a short stroll to the village and Lake Ainsworth. The house has been designed as a series of interlinked pavilions, with stunning coastal views that stretch from Lennox Head to Broken Head.
This is true beach house living, but with every modern convenience and the highest quality finishes.
Sliding doors and open windows capture sea breezes and maximise cross-ventilation. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two single beds. There is a large bathroom with shower, bath and double basins. Upstairs is the master suite with a queen bed, living area, as well as a walk in wardrobe and bathroom, with rain head shower and double basins.
There is also a self-contained one bedroom studio apartment, which is visually and physically separated from the main house. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite, washing machine, dryer and separate kitchen and living area.
There are multiple living spaces and the entire property has been configured to provide maximum flexibility for families or couples sharing the space. Undercover parking is available for three cars and if you must stay in touch with the outside world, there is wifi, Samsung smart TVs and Foxtel throughout the property.
